  • It has lead to some very charming and soul searching conversations with my 8 year old son.

    It has actually transformed our evening routine and is now an integral part of bedtime.

    I believe that our emotional health is closely linked to mental health and I was struggling to find the right time (or place) to have these one-on-one chats with him. The pillow provides all of the leading questions so he can explain exactly how he is feeling comfortably in his own bed.

Our Story

 

We are a mum and daughter team on a mission to tackle childhood anxiety.

My eldest daughter Matilda (age 10) is a smart, creative, outgoing girl and a sensitive big thinker.  Her worries can often escalate into big emotions, which can impact the whole family and for us, like so many others, lockdown was an emotionally challenging time.

As a way to focus on something positive and away from the worries keeping her awake at night, we decided to combine learnings from our family’s journey, with experience from my career in creative communications, to create tools to help families connect.
